5. Production process of cage mesh

1) Straight wire machine straighten the bending wire

2) According to the requirements of the cage mesh cut the wire into different length

3) The aperture of the bottom mesh is same,it is welded by the automatic welding machine,the aperture of other cage mesh like top mesh,back mesh,part mesh and door weld by artificial and welding machine

4) After cage mesh finish,cutting machine remove burrs

5) Front mesh and bottom mesh are formed by bending machine completed at one time

6) Do the surface treatment for all mesh,according to customer requirement do the hot galvanization,cold galvanization,the whole cage mesh production process finish

Make the mesh firstly then do surface treatment could protect the galvanized surface,keep the cage longer lifespan than use the galvanized wire produce the mesh directly
