1. Longitudinal ventilation-cooling pad

Strengthen feeding management measures

1. Reduce stocking density

The stocking density of caged laying hens in the high temperature season should be guaranteed to be above 500 square centimetre, and the minimum should not be less than 380 square centimetre, the automatic layer cage system do the special design, cage mesh is hot deep galvanized, lifespan more than 25 years, and large size cell, large gap between each tier, good ventilation effect, the birds quantity you could put according to your local temperature, if too hot, could reduce 1-2 birds quantity

Chickens have 2 water peaks one day, usually in 11:00-13:00 pm and 0.5 to 1 hour before lights out. Any work should stagger this time, never interfere with the chicken's drinking water, and ensure an adequate supply of clean, high-quality water

3. Adjust feeding time

Feeding the feed when it is relatively cool in the morning and evening, and feed more feeds during the two peak feeding periods after 6:00 in the morning and 6:00 in the afternoon, so that the chickens are full and well fed, and feed once at night

The automatic feeding system only need one worker operate it, save feeding time and labor, at night feed also could finish quickly, improve the work efficiency

4. Adjust feeds 

1-3% oil can be added to the feed to improve the energy level and protein level of the feed to make up for the nutritional deficiencies caused by the reduction in feed intake, increase feed intake as much as possible, and improve feed utilization

Calcium can be increased to 4%, so that the ratio of calcium to phosphorus is about 7:1, and good eggshell quality can be obtained

Supplementing vitamin C, vitamin E and B vitamins, 0.01-0.04% vitamin C or 0.3% citric acid or 0.3% sodium bicarbonate can be added to drinking water, which can relieve heat stress, improve egg production rate and reduce egg breakage rate

5. Observe birds 

Pay attention to observe the chicken's feed intake, water intake and defecation situation at any time, especially when the air is stuffy at noon and at night, it is necessary to strengthen the inspection of the chicken house to find out the abnormal chickens in time. Once an abnormality is found, timely measures are taken, and at the same time, the diseased chickens and inferior chickens are eliminated in time to reduce the spread of epidemic diseases and economic losses

6. Disease prevention

In hot weather, mosquitoes and flies breed and spread diseases easily. In order to solve the problem of flies, we have to start from the root cause. The most important thing is to improve the disposal method of feces and the environmental sanitation of the factory area. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in the disinfection and epidemic prevention work of the chicken house to prevent the occurrence of diseases

Clean up sundries: clean up chicken manure in time, automatic manure cleaning machine can help farms to clean up chicken manure well and transport it out of the chicken house to keep the chicken house clean and reduce odor

7. Automatic egg collection
