What broiler farms should pay attention to

1. Selection of chick breeds,choose the chicks breeds which one suitable your local breeds

2. The rearing area of chicks should be one quarter to one third of that of adult chickens,or at a density of 30 to 40 per square meter,if the density is too large,it will lead to uneven feeding and drinking

3. When the chicks enter the chicken house,make sure that the temperature in the chicken house reaches 34~35℃,the position of the thermometer should be 1~2cm above the chicken back,and at the same time,the chicken house must be properly ventilated

4. The humidity should be maintained at 60%-70% for one week from the time the chicks enter the house,if the chicken house is too dry,the chicks will consume too much water in their bodies,resulting in incomplete yolk absorption,thirsty and drinking a lot of water,prone to diarrhea,shriveled toes,uneven feathers,and increased dust in the air,which can easily lead to respiratory diseases

5. First time drink and feed,before the chicks into the house should ready the small feeder and drinker to supply the water and feeds to the chicks,after chicks into the house keep the water enough all time,add 5% glucose and 0.1% vitamin C to the drinking water,it is best to use high-efficiency electrolytic multi-dimensional at the same time,which is beneficial to the recovery and growth of chicks' physical strength,the water temperature is around 22°C,and the kettles are placed evenly so that the chicks can find water to drink according to their own needs,the chicks who cannot drink should be trained,the beak can be touched to the water surface to make them learn to drink,after chicks all drinking,start to add feeds in the feeder to supply the feeds to the chicks,add the feeds time will influence the chicks appetite,digestion and future growth,the feeds should keep the chicks eat all in 2 hours,feed every two hours

6. The chicks are mainly kept warm in the first three days of entering the house,from the fourth day,appropriate ventilation measures can be taken according to the situation,the first ventilation is generally based on natural ventilation,and then the ventilation volume is gradually increased according to the situation

7. Since the breathing of birds is different from that of mammals,ventilation is very important,as the chickens grow up,the windows or skylights can be opened first,when the natural ventilation cannot achieve the effect of ventilation,the Use mechanical ventilation,first turn on the small fan,and then turn on the large fan to increase the ventilation volume according to the situation,when ventilating,you must always pay attention to the state of the flock,and you can't just focus on ventilation and ignore heat preservation
