This project was carried out to show case how rearing of 73,440 birds in a poultry farm is made easy.  Our company’s layer chicken cage consist of a nipple drinking systems included in the cages and these allow the chickens to get water by pecking at a nipple drinker

Components

1. Automatic manure removal system

The manure removal system is specially developed for layer chicken cage farms. The manure removal system directly transfers the chicken manure outside the chicken house and helps in the reduction of smell from the chicken house. It provides a clean and comfortable

2. Automatic egg collection

Automatic egg collection uses an automatic tray which employs a mechanical system powered by energy which collects the egg that has rolled to the front of the cage, and moves it to a collection point for identification, classification and packaging. Its proper functioning should be constantly checked, and periodic maintenance must be carried out, the egg production cycle to ensure good efficiency, high quality, and safety, it is an important step to the egg collection

3. Automatic drinker 

For bell drinkers, as for feeder pans on a line, the rim-to-rim distance between the drinkers should be 90.0m, so that birds may walk unimpeded to the nest. Any obstruction here will also result in floor eggs

4. Automatic feeding system

The automatic feeding system consists of hoppers that are specially designed for H frame cage system. It is connected with the augers which help to deliver the feed from silo to hopper and then transfers it to the feeding troughs. It is a very popular design for H-frame cage in poultry farms.
