Our case in Thailand's poultry farm

Brief introduction

This project is our company's custom-made brooder turnkey project in Thailand's poultry farm,

• This poultry farm project was finished in 2002.

• 16 brooder houses, the house size is 120* 8* 4 meter.

• 512,000 brooders, 32,000 brooders/house.

• Brooder cage system and poultry farm equipment.

• pictures were taken in 2012 when our engineer visited this poultry farm on the third time.
  

We designed this poultry farm as customer's following request.

• He hopes to have a modern poultry farm, operates automatically.

• Total 16 houses to rearing brooders.

• The brooders are directly supplied to local markets and exported.

Information of per brooder house

1. 4 tiers brooder chicken cage and equipment, rearing period: day 1- 100

2. Chicken house dimension: 120* 8* 4 meter, 77 sets/ row* 2 rows= 154 sets/ house

3. Total birds/ house: 208 birds/ set* 154 set/ house= 32,000 birds/ house

4. Cage dimension/ section (mm): length 1200* width 625* height(front part) 603

5. Average area/ bird: 60cm* 62.5cm/ 13 birds/ cell= 289 sq.cm/ bird

6. Birds/ tier= 13 birds/ cell* 4/ cells= 52 birds/ tier, 52 birds/ tier* 4 tiers/ set= 208 birds/ set

7. Electricity Instruction: ac, 3ph/ 380v, 50hz, 0.75- 2.5kw for the motors of machines

1. Customized brooder chicken cage systems and accessories

• The door metal mesh specially designed and can be opened flexibly left and right, making it very easy for workers to catch and put the chickens back.

• Workers complete the work on the top and second layers by stepping on the food troughs and cage frames.

• The chick feels very comfortable standing on the elastic cage bottom net.

• Add baffles in front of every tier of the chicken cage to prevent in one-week-old chickens from coming out. When the chickens grow to three weeks old, remove the baffles to increase the lateral ventilation of brooder chicken cage, thereby reducing the production of bacteria.

2. Manure removal system

• The picture shows the blue manure removal belt and its frame, the frame of brooder chicken cage, and the frame structure at the end of each row.

• Manure removal system is combined with manure belt, frame, roller, terminal lateral conveyor belt and oblique conveyor belt.

• Chicken drop manure to the manure belt under the every tier of cage bottom mesh, the belt transfer manure to terminal lateral conveyor belt inside of chicken house, then delivered to the oblique conveyor belt outside of the chicken house, the truck accepts the manure from the oblique conveyor belt.

3. The workers are injecting medicine into the chickens.
