This project is our company's European quality in South African poultry farm.

• This poultry farm project was finished in 2012.

• 5 tiers of chicken cage system with automatic feeding, drinking, egg collection manure remval system. Fully auomatic.

• Using for more than 20 years, although the equipment looks old, it is still sturdy and durable.

• Pictures were taken in 2020 when our engineer visited this poultry farm on the second time.

We designed this poultry farm as customer's following request.

• He hopes to have a large, clean and nice smell poultry farm.

• He wants less people to manage his poultry farm. 
  

• He request the egg laying chicken cage is very okay to the climate of South African, such as hot weather and heavy rain.

Information of per chicken house and chicken cage system

1. 5 tiers, 4 rows, 42 sets/ row, 168 sets/ house, 270 birds/ set

2. Total chicken raise quantity: 168 sets/ house* 270 birds/ set= 45,360 birds/ set

3. Size of chicken house: 85* 12* 4.2 meter, 42 set cages per row

4. The hole for the cross manure belt at the bottom of the wall should be covered by insulation board

5. The cesspit, at the outside of the house, should be with the pit for water pump

6. The cesspit should be covered in case of rain(can be build this house after cross manure belt is installed)
