Our case in Abu Dhabi's poultry farm

Brief introduction

Abu Dhabi's custom-made layer chicken cage, poultry farm equipment.

This project is our company's custom-made layer turnkey project in Abu Dhabi's poultry farm,

• This poultry farm project was finished in 2012.

• Total 15 layer houses, Total 773,264 layers.

(1) The house size of the new 14 buildings are 94* 12* 4.7 meter, we put 4 rows. Total 709,884 layers.

(2) The size of an old building is 95* 15.5* 5meter, we put 5 rows, 63,380 layers.

• Equipment is layer chicken cage system and poultry farm equipment.

• Pictures were taken in 2012 when our engineer installed equipment in poultry farm.

We designed this poultry farm as customer's following request.

• He hopes to have a modern poultry farm, operates automatically.

• Total 15 houses to rearing layers.

• Desert country are very hot and require a good cooling system.

1. The new 14 buildings

94* 12* 4.7 meter, we put 4 rows. Total 709,884 layers.

Ventilation system

• The whole system includes an exhaust fan, cooling pad, deflector, and air-inlet windows.

• The exhaust fan and cooling pad can maintain an optimum temperature range(13″C -26″ C), the best is 22C. Proper temperature can improve the feed conversion ratio, and increase egg production.

• Above 26 degrees, it will increase the difficulty for chickens to dissipate heat, which will lead to stress response and increase mortality.

• Above 43″C, all the chickens will die. Exhaust fan and air-inlet windows make sure fresh air come in, and bring out harmful gas like ammonia gas, ammonia gas which will cause respiratory disease.

• Deflectors change cool air direction, to prevent chickens from catching cold.

• Fans at the beginning wall.

• Cooling pad at the end wall.

Manure convey system

• The horizontal belt inside the chicken house, the slanting belt outside the chicken house.

• The horizontal belt takes the chicken droppings out of the chicken house and the slanting belt can take the chicken droppings to the truck directly.

• The white manure removal belt and its frame.

• The horizontal belt inside the chicken house.

Egg collection system

• Chicken drop eggs to bottom cage mesh, egg rolls to egg belt.

• Egg belt deliver all eggs to terminal egg conveyor lifting system inside of chicken house.

• Then to egg conveyor system fixed in outside of all poultry houses, eggs are delivered to the egg storage room at last.

• The white egg collection belt and its frame.

Layer chicken cage' s structure

• Smart waterline systems are available, auto water supply, alarm of water shortage, auto pipe cleaning, and auto medication.

• 24h provide fresh water, 360-degree stainless steel nipple drinking system with “V” shape water trough, no water lack, the chicken will get enough water.

• Workers complete the work on the top and second layers by stepping on the food troughs and cage frames.

• The layer feels very comfortable standing on the elastic cage bottom net.

• Stronger chicken cage frames, support the cage body, feeding, drinking, egg collection and maure removal system.

2. An old building

• 95* 15.5* 5meter, we put 5 rows, 63,380 layers.

• The terminal horizontal egg conveyor lifting system belt inside the chicken house.
