Introduction of cage and frame

1. Cage material is hot-dip galvanized steel, zinc thickness is 275g/㎡

2. Cage dimension is 2250mm*600mm*430mm-340mm, 5 cells/cage, 6 birds/cell, 60 birds/tier., Area/bird is 450cm², feeding space is 75mm

3. Cage unit including 2pcs bottom mesh, 6pcs separate mesh, 8pcs front mesh, 5pcs rear mesh and 10pcs door

4. Front cage and door mesh diameter is 3.9mm, diameter of bottom mesh, top mesh, rear mesh, separate mesh is 2.15mm

5. Material of leg of frame is hot-dip galvanized steel with thickness is 2mm, material of waling of frame is hot-dip galvanized steel with thickness is 1.5mm, zinc thickness is 275g/m2

6. Egg baffle material is PVC, which can prevent chicken foot injury. Length is 2250mm, thickness is 1.5mm and each tier with two pieces

7. Feed trough material is hot-dip galvanized steel, thickness is 1.0mm. Each tier with two pieces

8. Big feed trough support is hot-dip galvanized steel, thickness is 2.0mm. Small feed trough support also hot-dip galvanized steel, thickness is 1.5mm

Introduction of automatic feeding system

1. Each tier with two hoppers, thickness is 1.2mm, material is hot-dip galvanized steel, capacity per hopper is 60kg

2. Track of trolley is hot-dip galvanized steel with 48mm*2.75mm

3. Silo material is hot-dip galvanized steel, actual capacity 90%. Feed density 0.65ton/m3 which is anti-erosive and ensures the long service life. Feed weighing device can be installed if required to control the feed amount consumed by layers

Introduction of automatic drinking system

1. Nipple drinker is valve type, material of nipple type faucet is stainless steel. No water splashing or leaking, the bird house is dry and clean. It is convenient to maintain and replace broken nipple drinkers

2. Water pipe is 25mm*2mm PVC round pipe, resistance 90°bending with seven times

3. Water pressure regulator with double back-flushing system, working pressure is 0.1-0.4Mpa, water flow at working mode is 20kg/min

4. Filter with back-flushing system and double filtration, filter element can be cleaned without being dismantled by using backwash device

5. Medical pump dosatron imported from France. The vacuum siphon principle is used to automatically add medicine, and the backwash channel is installed

Introduction of egg collecting system

1. Egg collecting machine with hot-dip galvanized 1.5mm side plate, speed 2.95m/min

2. Egg conveying belt material is PP woven belt, thickness 1.2mm, width 100mm

3. The central egg conveying system directly transport eggs into the egg storage. It raise the working efficiency and reduces the labor cost and percentage of egg broken

Introduction of automatic manure cleaning system

1. Belt type manure cleaning machine with hot-dip galvanized 3mm side plate,chain safety door with 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel, running speed 3m/min

2. Manure cleaning belt material is PP, which has high tensile strength to ensure a long service life

Introduction of ventilation and temperature control system

1. Fan with hot-dip galvanized steel frame, cooperate with cooling pad produce the wind chill effect, insure air exchange frequency 65-80 times per hour

2. Cooling pad include aluminium frame, water pipe, filter, pump, sink and anti-bird mesh. Corrugated paper with special chemical composition, high strength and corrosion resistance with long using life. For large evaporation area to cool and purify the air. Cooling pad combined with fans is the most efficient way of reducing the temperature in summer

Introduction of electric control system and tools

1. Lamp bulb is integrated, good waterproof effect,3000K warm light, no flicker, specially designed for poultry raising lighting

2. Temperature control system including 2 temperature sensors, 1 humidity sensor,control box,alarm device, stabilizer, motor of air inlet and parts

3. Inspection trolley to inspect upper floors
