Manual layer cage

Manual cage is also called semi-automatic cage, it can be 3 tiers or 4 tiers as customer's requirement

A type 3 tiers, size(L*W*H): 2*2*1.45m, 96 birds capacity per cage

A type 3 tiers, size(L*W*H): 2.2*2.4*1.65m, 120 birds capacity per cage

A type 4 tiers, size(L*W*H): 2*2.4*1.85m, 128 birds capacity per cage

A type 4 tiers, size(L*W*H): 2.2*2.4*1.95m, 160 birds capacity per cage

2. Manual cage structure

Cage mesh, cage frames, drinking system and feeding system, drinking system is automatic, it includes water tank, water pipe, nipple drinkers, filers, etc, water tank connect with water source and water pipes, nipple drinkers on the pipe, when birds touch the nipples, water will flow into their mouth automatically, while feeding system include feeding trough, feeder connectors and covers, workers need to put food into feeders manually

Full automatic layer cage

Full automatic chicken cage system includes cage mesh and cage frame, automatic feeding system, automatic drinking system, automatic manure cleaning system, automatic egg collection system and automatic environment control system 

1. Automatic feeding of automatic cage

Ladder type automatic layer cage come with feeder hopper machine, each tier with two hoppers, the thickness is 1.2mm, the material is hot-dip galvanized steel and capacity of each hopper is 60kg

The trolley track is 48mm*2.75mm hot-dip galvanized steel 

The material of the soil is hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and the actual capacity is 90%. The feed density is 0.65ton/m3, anti-corrosion and long service life

2. Automatic drinking system of automatic cage

Water is a substance that cannot be found in chicken breeding, so drinking fountains are one of the necessary buildings. From the perspective of water conservation and prevention of bacterial contamination, nipple drinking fountains are water supply buildings that can control the ambition and can achieve eggs and broilers drink water automatically and do not require farmers to feed water manually, which is highly efficient. However, farmers should pay attention to the need to choose a high-quality water-tight drinking fountain

3. Automatic manure cleaning of automatic cage

The scraper type manure removal machine is suit for ladder type layer cage, it includes control cabinet, motor, scrapers, wheels and ropes, poultry farmer need to dig a dung pit on the floor, it needs three phase electricity, chicken manure follows the manure scraper to the end and falls into the manure removal belt to be transported to the manure pulling truck, which can improve the environment in the house and reduce the incidence of diseases

4. Automatic egg collection of automatic cage

Egg collecting machine with hot-dip galvanized 1.5mm side plate, speed 2.95m/min

Egg conveying belt material is PP woven belt, thickness 1.2mm, width 100mm

The central egg conveying system directly transport eggs into the egg storage. It raise the working efficiency and reduces the labor cost and percentage of egg broken

5. Automatic environment of automatic cage

Fan with hot-dip galvanized steel frame, cooperate with cooling pad produce the wind chill effect, insure air exchange frequency 65-80 times per hour

Cooling pad include aluminium frame, water pipe, filter, pump, sink and anti-bird mesh. Corrugated paper with special chemical composition, high strength and corrosion resistance with long using life. For large evaporation area to cool and purify the air. Cooling pad combined with fans is the most efficient way of reducing the temperature in summer

6. Automatic layer cage features

Use three phase electricity, all work can be done by machine, save labor cost
