What poultry equipment should be choose

1. Automatic battery cage

It has A type and H type automatic battery cage, which is applicable to various kinds of chicken house (opened type, half-opened type, closed type)

A type battery cage has the advantage of simple structure, convenient maintenance and operation, lower input costs and fast earnings

While H type cage has the features of high automation and density. Compared with A type battery cage, H type cages could increase the usage of house and land effectively, reduce feeding costs and improve labor productivity, but bigger cost invest

2. Automatic feeding system

A type automatic cage matches with automatic feeder hopper machine and H type cage comes with chain feeding machine. The feeding machine material is galvanized steel sheet with thickness of 2.2 mm. All the hoppers are fixed on the feeding machine and deliver fodder to the feeding trough symmetrically

3. Automatic drinking system

There are 2 to 3 nipple drinkers for each two cage sections on the PVC pipes, the “V” shape leakage gutter underneath the water pipes holds the water drops and prevent the drops to the manure belt, our quality inspection department will test all nipple drinkers before sending goods

Water regulator is located on each tier of the cage. It supplies the water from the water line to the pipes through reservoirs with the proper pressure. The filters and the medicator are used to clean the water and keep health of all chickens

4. Automatic egg collection system

The egg collection machine can directly transport eggs into egg storage room, it will raise work efficiency and reduce labor cost and percentage of egg broken. It is consists of egg conveyor motor, egg belt and belt clips. The motor is 0.75kw, it’s speed can reach 5-6 meters per minute. The egg belt adopts Italian technology and made by PP materials, It has a larger tensile force

5. Automatic manure removal system

There are 2 types of manure cleaning system: scraper manure removal and belt manure removal

A type automatic cage can be used both scraper manure removal and belt manure removal machine. It should dig a dung pit on the floor, driven by the motor, the scraper will move back and forth, then could clean chicken waste out of the house. This scraper type manure removal machine is easy to install and operate, one day work one time is ok, the cleaning rate can reach up to 98%

Manure belt machine is used for H type automatic cage. chicken manure fell on the manure belt under the cage in each tier then transports to the horizontal manure conveyor. The manure belt is in cycle running in each tier
