Layer chicken cage description

Material: Hot dipped galvanized wire, or stainless-steel wire ss430, ss304, and so on 

Weave: Hot dipped galvanized after welded, or hot galvanized before welded 

Feature: Firm welding with strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxygen. It's good to use and not easy to be broken

Type: Ladder type, two side, A type and H type, 3 and 4 and 5 floors one side, 4 and 5 and 6 cells one floor, 3 or 4 chicken one cell

The reason of using eggs laying chicken cage 

1. The environment of chicken house is controllable, which is conducive to the physiological and production needs of chicken

2. Automatic drinking, feeding, manure cleaning, eggs collecting, saving manpower, reducing raising cost, multi-layer cage saves more space than floor raising, high land utilization rate, saving chicken house construction and land cost

3. Due to the good isolation between the close chicken house and the outside, the chance of cross contamination of chickens will be greatly reduced, which is conducive to the prevention and control of epidemic diseases, and save the cost of epidemic prevention

Drinking system

1. Water front kit: High quality filter, pressure-control valve, and electronic water meter to record water consumption

2. Pressure regulator: Water pressure in the drinking line can be adjusted by turning the knob under the regulator. When you want to rinse the drinking line, just turn to “flush” position, then water will be forced through the pipe at high pressure

3. Drinking line: Layer cage system is equipped with a V-shaped water trough. The nipple drinker is double-sealing, which will ensure no water leakage

4. Optional alarm system will give an alarm whenever there is no water at the end of drinking line

5. Water flow-rate of nipple drinker is 40-50ml/min, which can meet the drinking demand of layers at the same tie keep manure dry

Hopper feeding system

1. The main feed line can work automatically. Feed will be dispensed evenly in the feed trough

2. V-shaped feed trough may avoid feed left at edge to prevent the feed from accumulating and mildewing

3. The magnetic end device can effectively clean the accumulated feed to avoid mildew, ensure birds healthy and save labour 

4. Proven design and stable running can prevent maintenance for the most part

Automatic egg collecting system

1. High quality PP egg belt (woven or perforated belt), low extension rate, little contraction or expansion caused by changing temperature

2. Optional egg saving wire ensures that eggs will roll smoothly to the longitudinal egg belt. Belt moving time and interval can be adjusted as per customer’s requirements

3. Proven design ensures stable running, maintenance-free and lower broken egg ratio

4. Transversal egg conveying system can be chosen. All eggs will be delivered to outside of poultry house. This can save labor cost and reduce the contact of workers with birds

Manure removal system in cage

1. High efficiency motor ensures the belt transmission stable and reliable

2. Rubber-coated driving roller and partial rubber-coated tension-roller make sure that manure will be cleared away from belt and no slippery of belt

3. The manure scraper is a little soft, effectively protects the conveyor belt. Double scraper ensures the cleaning effect of the conveyor belt. PU material, replaceable, with long service life 

4. The two sides of conveyor belt support is a little higher, prevent the manure from spilling out

5. High precision products can ensure that manure belt will not deviate from the right position

In hot climate, such as Africa climate, tunnel ventilation can help to reduce the temperature effectively. In this ventilation mode, fans and cooling pads will work collaboratively to exhaust hot air from the house and bring in fresh air into the house. In cold climate, fans and air inlet will work collaboratively to exchange air at regular intervals
