Other factors that affect egg production after we use full automatic equipment

Laying hens require a complete and balanced diet including energy, protein and calcium, food scraps and scraped feed themselves are often sources of nutritional deficiencies than can prevent egg production, diseases and poor management in dense egg-laying rooms can lead to a reduction in the number of eggs and abnormal egg shapes and colors of egg, provide colling water to avoid heat stress, when the lights goes out, the chickens do not eat, resulting in low egg production, lamps should be inspected and cleaned regularly to avoid dimming, there are many other reasons that can affect egg production as well 

How do we feed chickens at different ages after we install automatic cage and equipment 

About their weight, a chick can gain four to five times in the first six weeks of life, the feed consumption is about 1kg per layer and about 4kg per broiler, poultry feeds are called complete feeds because they contain all the protein, energy, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that chickens need for proper growth, egg production and health, when the chicks reach 6 or 8 weeks of age, they are fed either a fattening diet (for broilers) or a development diet (roosters for breeding purposes), broilers are fed fattening grains until they reach slaughter size, broilers and pullets should not be fed until they are at least 20 weeks old, when laying begins, they are fed a layer feed until the end of laying

Some advice on clean chicken dropping to reduce bad smell, make house neat after we install automatic cage and equipment

In Africa, there are some methods: worker sweep, water clean, use automatic manure removal machine

1. If there is no manure ditch on the ground, the cage will be installed directly on the ground. Some farms will use cement pillars to raise the cage, the height of the pillars is generally 20-30cm. Chicken waste will falls on the ground, it is washed with water first, then cleaned by people

2. If there is manure ditch under the cage, and the ditch is regular, you can install the automatic manure removal machine or clean by water

3. If there is an irregular manure ditch under the cage, you can build a drainage ditch with a width of 10-20cm on the side of the aisle, and also build a drainage ditch at the beginning of each row of cage, then flush with water to remove feces outside

4. If manure ditch is more than half a meter, workers can stand under the cage to clean it
