Structure of broiler cage

1. Cage frame: A type or H type 

2. Cage mesh: cage mesh adopts hot dip galvanized process, which is corrosion-resistant, strong and beautiful, not easy to rust, and has a lifespan of more than 20 years 

3. Bottom mesh: design and material are very important, the bottom mesh is thick and dense, firm and elastic, and equipped with a plastic flat mesh. A hygienic and clean bottom mesh can avoid the formation of chicken breast hematoma, reduce the occurrence of coccidiosis and other diseases, and reduce mortality

4. Door: horizontal sliding door, spring type, push inward, easy to manage chicken

5. Drinking system: it include nipple drinker, water pipe, water tank, manual drinker

1) The water pipe gradually increases with the age of the chicken from the middle of the separator, and is equipped with an adjusting rope

2) 2 pieces nipple drinker with cups per cage cell to ensure sufficient water supply in the later stage

3) Within one week old, they will use manual drinker and feeder to get water and feeds, when they grow up, they will use pipe, nipple drinker, feed trough, when they 2 weeks old, you can take out the small drinker and feeder

6. Feeding: feed trough and manual feeder, when they are small, they will use manual feeder to get feeds, when they get elder, you can remove it

7. Manure cleaning system: it has manure plate to receive the chicken dropping, can be washed with water and replaced within 2 years. The broilers do not in a contact with the manure cleaning system, the chicken manure is cleaned regularly, and the lower harmful gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide can greatly improve the breeding environment of the chicken house and reduce the occurrence of poultry diseases

4. Replace the nipple drinker if they link water to protect bird feather, medicinal water will make feather fall off
