Battery Cage Making Technology

1. Cage material

2. Cage production

This process adopts professional machines and technology. Each step is repeatedly tested by technicians. Wire drawing machine, straight wire machine and wire cutting machine will be used for raw material processing. Mesh processing will go through welding machine, trimming machine and bending machine to remove excess iron wire and burrs and reduce the egg broken 

3. Surface treatment

Cold galvanized: the surface is smooth, the coating is thin, and the corrosion resistance is slightly poor, relatively speaking, the price is slightly lower

Full hot deep galvanized: good corrosion resistance and long service life, some up to 25 years

PVC coated: due to the deformation characteristics of plastics at high temperature, it is easy to soften in hot places, affecting the service life
